AccommodationThe guest accommodation at the Inn is of modern construction and set away from the bar, restaurant and kitchen. Offering wide corridors, spacious rooms (around 25 square meters) and a good standard of comfort, the outlook is westerly and the rooms are filled with light when the evening sun descends over the surrounding farming countryside. All rooms are en-suite, 10 have a bath with shower and pocket sprung Super King bed which can be configured as twin if required. For your entertainment and convenience each room has high definition satellite television and the entire premises have WiFi internet access. The accommodation at The Inn is laid out over two floors and furnished to a very good standard. The Inn is set in a rural location with all essential facilities within the premises, making your stay quiet, convenient and comfortable. The Inn has a total of 15 rooms.
Rated by The Scottish Tourist Board as a 3 Star Inn for it's very good standard, The Inn is an informal, good quality countryside premises. Whilst not offering a hotel level of service The Inn provides a homely and relaxed facility with the view to making everyone feel at home. The particular services that as an Inn we do not provide are:24hr reception, room service, room telephones and room utilities outside of check in and check out times.

Breakfast: Breakfast is complimentary to accommodation guests and served in the conservatory every morning from 7.30am to 9.30am.
Reservations: May be made by telephone or email, card details are essential to make a reservation and may be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show. The Inn takes reservations for pay on departure and pay in advance. A deposit may be required. Commission, bill back and invoice reservations are not taken. Reservations are only accepted on The Inns terms.
Payment: To be made on departure by Cash (Sterling only), Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Switch.
The Inn does not accept payment by Cheque, Diners, American Express or JCB.
Agents: Reservations are available on a no commission basis only. Payment is strictly on departure. Card details are required to make a reservation and may be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show. Reservations are only accepted on Heath Hills terms.
Cancellation: By 1pm on the day prior to the first night booked, after which a charge equal to one night of the booking will be incurred if it has not been possible to re -sell the accommodation. The Inn recommends the use of travel insurance to cover liabilities for insurable losses.
Checkout: 7.30am to 10.00am Please ask when making a reservation if you need times outside of these or need to occupy your room outside of these times. Additional charges may apply.
Special requirements: If you have particular needs that could affect your stay at The Inn please make these known at the time of booking. We can then advise if it is possible to cater for these needs and additional charges.
Smoking: Heath Hillis completely non smoking. The consequences of smoking in a room will be charged to the guest at the cost of making good all losses. (Typical charge for remedial cleaning and loss of the room for 1 night is £150)
Wear and Tear: Damage other than fair wear and tear will be charged to the guest at the cost of making good all losses.
Room Keys: Keys not returned at check out or otherwise mislaid will be charged to the guest at the cost of making good all losses. (Typical charge for replacement key and fob is £50)
Pets: Heath Hill does not accept pets.
Facilities: Use of The Inn's facilities are at your own risk (Statutory rights not affected)
